Due to the nature of our business being 100% digital myBad Studios does not accept returns and does not offer refunds on completed transactions. Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.

Notwithstanding the above, myBad Studios strives to be fair and to remain in good standing with it’s customers as it expects it’s customers to do in return. To that end we will treat any refund request with due diligence and enter any investigation in good faith. If we find a valid error in your favour, myBad Studios will rectify said error to ensure a mutually satisfactory outcome. If it is found that your intention was to swindle myBad Studios in any way, shape or form we reserve the right to refuse you future service including, but not limited to, investigating further any current or future refund claims.
